Must match exactly how it appears in transactions.landlord_name.

Document Type Annexures to INCLUDE (keywords)

Keywords matched in annexure titles/headings. JSON array or comma-separated.

Annexures to EXCLUDE (keywords)

Excluded even if included list matches. JSON array or comma-separated.

Schedule Skip Regex (one per line or JSON array)

Patterns to filter transaction-specific lines in Schedules. JSON array is preferred.

Notes

Include annexures you want reviewed: e.g. generator, turnover rental, turnover parking.
Exclude admin annexures: signature, bank guarantee, plan, house rules.
Use the Schedule Skip Regex to strip transaction data (building name, address, shop no., VAT, dates, amounts).
You can paste either JSON arrays or simple comma-separated lists—both work.
